I have not been able to get a single email from any publication that I have belonged to for months now.
Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This happened numerous times after I was told my e-mail address had been updated. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo email address they said would give me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.
I called again and they informed me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my subscription, however when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then client service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they go out via e-mail. When I requested for a supervisor or different contact information, they stated they don't have any.
I paid near 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and awful customer care. I become part of other financial investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to quickly fix any concerns.
