Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect e-mail address. This occurred several times after I was told my email address had been upgraded. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my initial email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my e-mail to a yahoo email address they said would give me no concerns. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they tell me it was since I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, very same old runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer care tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they don't understand when they head out by means of email. When I requested for a supervisor or different contact info, they stated they don't have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and terrible client service. I become part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly deal with any issues. Nothing even near to absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
