Initially they informed me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to an incorrect e-mail address. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then customer support informs me on their end, it reveals nothing was sent out and they don't know when they go out through e-mail. When I requested a supervisor or different contact information, they stated they do not have any.
