First they informed me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This occurred several times after I was informed my email address had actually been upgraded. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my email concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my original email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my email to a yahoo e-mail address they said would provide me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was since I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they informed me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, exact same old runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they do not understand when they head out through email. When I asked for a supervisor or different contact info, they stated they don't have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and dreadful customer support. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly resolve any issues. Nothing even near absolute incompetence I have actually experienced here.
